Silverline Equities was hired by Federal Realty to help reposition 2700 S. Quincy Street, Arlington, VA to increase occupancy and cash flow. The building is a 100,000-sf mixed-use office building within a dynamic mixed use retail driven neighborhood.
Leveraging our experiences and knowledge from Space+ and the current market, we advised Federal Realty to deliver two floors of town hall speculative suites totaling 25,000 sf. The results of phase 1 on the 2nd floor (outlined on the right) provided the evidence to expand the program to the 4th floor in green below.
We have increased occupancy of the property by 37% to 78% leased.
